To make our Herbal Wines we use: Organic herbs, non-GMO yeast, less than 100ppm of sulfites in accordance with Natural Wines, and premium non-GMO wine grapes locally sourced from a family in Northern California.

Herbal Wines are an ancient tradition that even the Greeks, Romans and Egyptians practiced. We spent two years studying, product developing and reviving this age old technique - Where the folk method simply fermented herbs, we uniquely infuse traditional wine grape varietals like Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, Merlot, and Riesling with healthful, adaptogenic and functional herbs, plants and botanicals like Lemon Balm, Stinging Nettle, Ginseng, Reishi, Elderberry and so on.
